Barbecue Pulled Chicken Sliders

It doesn’t feel like Spring yet. And it’s a big bummer. But I felt like a Spring picnic…I felt like pulled pork, to be exact. But alas, pulled pork is hard to make healthy. So, we went with this quick chicken recipe instead, courtesy of Cooking Light. I highly recommend!
