This list keeps morphing….a lot of the shops I initially wanted to visit are CLOSED! What is it with this cupcake turnover? I hear cake ball lollipops are the new cupcake. I hear that mini pies are the new cake ball lollipop. What will be the next craze?

I think you should do the mini pies. You can have sweet AND savory mini pies and that makes you more than one dimensional. Do you have the Katie Lee Joel cookbook? I just got it (from Ali) and there is a great looking mini pie recipe in there that uses puff pastry. Looks delicious!
